This product is purchased for resale only and not under any warranty by CSE Services. All sales are final and returns of this item are not accepted. Purchase of tank does not include balloons, balloons must be purchased separately.
Details From Package:
Package containts (1) 8.9 Cu/Ft tank and one spool of white ribbon. For safety reasons the tank contains a helium/air mixture with no less than 80% pure helium. For best results and to maximize float time fill balloons 1-2 hours before your event is to begin.
