This 20x30 tent rental package has the perfect amount of tables and chairs to comfortably seat guests. If you’re wondering “how many tables fit in a 20x30 tent”, here’s the quick answer:

• Banquet Tables (8-foot): Fits 8 tables with seating for up to 64 guests.
• Round Tables (60-inch): Fits 6 tables with seating for up to 48 guests (if substituting rounds).
• Standing Room: Fits up to 100 guests without tables.

Pole tents are the perfect choice for set up on grass, dirt, gravel, or even pavement (drilling is required for pavement). How Many Tables Fit in a 20x30 Tent (By Layout)

A 20x30 tent offers 600 square feet of covered space. Here are common setups:

• Banquet Style: 8 tables × 8 seats each = 64 guests (most common setup in this package).
• Round Table Setup: 6 round tables × 8 seats each = 48 guests.
• Buffet Style: 6 banquet tables for seating + 2 tables for buffet. Seats around 48 guests with dedicated serving space.

Tip: Allow at least 2 feet of clearance around tables for comfortable movement and serving.

Additional Information:

1. Don't forget to add additional tables for food or other items if required. Extra tables will not fit under the selected tent canopy and will need to be placed elsewhere.
2. If you require a different amount of tables & chairs or extra tables & chairs please order these directly from the "tables & chairs" category section under our rental inventory or on our home page.
3. Pricing includes set-up and tear-down fees on the tent canopy. Please note that setup of tables & chairs is not included in the price of this package. If you require setup of tables & chairs this can be done for a small additional fee.
