To avoid rate adjustments we suggest reserving equipment 3 to 4 months in advance. For spring and summer weekends, that means booking before the season starts.

This is a question we hear quite a bit. Because we accept online bookings, equipment can be reserved at any time by anyone without prior knowledge by us. We find that for larger events of 150 people or more then at least six months in advance is a good rule of thumb. Smaller events of under 100 people can usually be reserved within a few months.

Bounce houses and waterslides are typically delivered the day of your event and are either picked up later that evening (at or around dusk) or picked up the following day.

We will call you at least 48 hours before the delivery date to schedule a delivery window with you.

We guarantee at least an 8 hour rental for all of our inflatables. Delivery is typically the day of your event, with pickup that evening or the following day.

Yes. All bounce house and waterslide rental pricing includes set-up and tear-down. Delivery is not included and is calculated by mileage to your event location upon checkout.

If your event is in a public or rented space, or has specific time constraints for delivery or pickup, reach out to us before placing an order as there may be additional fees for these services.

Yes, because of our limited inventory we require a 50% deposit on all rental equipment at the time of reservation. A credit/debit card must be used for the initial deposit on any reserved rental equipment. The remaining amount is due at the time of delivery. Our DJ services require a deposit between $100 - $250 depending on the exact nature of your event.

Deposits paid on rental services are non-refundable for any event cancelled within 60 calendar days of the purposed event date. Rental services cancelled with notice of over 60 calendar days are entitled to a full refund of the paid deposit.

Retainers (deposits) for our disc jockey services are non-refundable once payment is made.

In some particular cases deposits are retained (as a rain check) for a period of time and can be applied to another order in the future. Rain checks are only given on a case by case basis and are not granted for all cancellations.

Every inflatable has its own age, height and weight limits. Our Marble Moon Combo and Tropical Paradise Water Slide set a 34 inch minimum rider height and a 180 lb rider limit. The Tropical Bounce House sets a 34 inch minimum and 60 inch maximum rider height and a 150 lb rider limit.

Capacity varies by model. The Marble Moon Combo and Tropical Bounce House each allow a maximum of 6 individuals. The Tropical Paradise Water Slide allows a maximum of 4 individuals total, and only 1 individual may use the slide per turn.

A bounce house with slide combines both into one unit. A combo may take up less space at your party than two separate inflatables, and it can be easier to keep an eye on your guests when they are playing on one inflatable.

If you have room for two inflatables, you can rent a bounce house and a water slide together. Try the inflatable finder for a match.

Most of our bounce house with slide rentals can be used wet or dry. Wet or dry, confirm the approved use for the specific model you choose before booking.

Inflatables use a blower, so plan for power near the setup spot. Requirements vary by unit, so check with us before your event if you are unsure what your location has.

Water slides and wet-use combos need a water supply. Confirm the exact requirements for the unit you are renting, and call 570-335-1581 if you are not sure your location has what is needed.

Measure the area where the inflatable will go and allow room for anchoring, entrances, exits, the blower and the clearances for your unit. Contact us if you are unsure whether your event location will work.

That depends on the inflatable, how it can be anchored and the site conditions. Tell us about pavement, slopes, limited access or overhead obstacles before you book, because the spot must support an approved installation.

Strong winds, thunderstorms and other unsafe weather can prevent setup or continued use, and wet-use approval does not make an inflatable safe in dangerous weather. If bad weather is expected, call 570-335-1581 to talk through your booking.

Do not operate an inflatable in conditions its operating rules prohibit.

Yes. A supervisor is required at all times for the inflatable while participants are using it. You will be required to sign a waiver stating you have read and understand the operation rules of the inflatable upon delivery.

Yes. We inspect, clean and sanitize our party rentals after each use. CSE Services is state inspected and insured, and you can call us if you need documentation for a specific event.

Often, yes. Reach out to us prior to placing an order for an event in a public or rented space, or one with specific time constraints for delivery or pickup, as there may be additional fees for these services.

Yes. We deliver throughout Waymart and Northeast PA, including Scranton, Honesdale, Clarks Summit, Carbondale, Archbald, Lake Ariel and Scott Township. If your event is beyond that radius, just let us know. Fees may vary depending on how far you are outside our service area.

Yes. Our online reservation system is open 24/7. Select the date and time of your event, choose your inflatable, enter your information and pay a small deposit or pay in full.
