No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

We will also call you at least 48 hours before the delivery date to schedule a delivery window with you.

Yes. All our event tent accessories, as well as other rental items, are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized between each rental. CSE Services LLC cleans and disinfects after every rental.

No. Sidewalls can be rented for use with our tents only.

Choose the kit that matches the size and style of the CSE tent you are renting. Kits are listed for 12 tent sizes and styles, from 10 x 10 up to 40 x 80, and four individual sidewall sections are listed separately. A matching tent size does not always mean the same kit fits every tent style.

Only when the specific heater, tent setup, manufacturer instructions, ventilation and applicable safety requirements permit it. Do not assume a heater is suitable for every tent or enclosed setup.

Availability varies by event date and rental item. Reserve early for events that need several accessories or a specific tent setup. To avoid rate adjustments on busy dates, we suggest reserving equipment 3 to 4 months in advance.

Yes, because of our limited inventory we require a 50% deposit on all rental equipment at the time of reservation. A credit/debit card must be used for the initial deposit on any reserved rental equipment. The remaining amount is due at the time of delivery. Our DJ services require a deposit between $100 - $250 depending on the exact nature of your event.

Deposits paid on rental services are non-refundable for any event cancelled within 60 calendar days of the purposed event date. Rental services cancelled with notice of over 60 calendar days are entitled to a full refund of the paid deposit.

Retainers (deposits) for our disc jockey services are non-refundable once payment is made.

In some particular cases deposits are retained (as a rain check) for a period of time and can be applied to another order in the future. Rain checks are only given on a case by case basis and are not granted for all cancellations.
